The pool was nice and tiki hut bartender was nice. The other staff was very rude and unwelcoming particularly one of the valet drivers. No wash cloths the whole stay only towels.

The bed was very comfortable. Pool towels were very thin and small

We went to checking the lady at the at the front desk seem nice her Inas, she encouraged me to join Hilton honors which I did she stated she would upgrade me room I was elated placing us on the 10th floor, once up there I realized it was the same room design we originally book, my issue was as soon as I went in I notice the towel place on the face was torn all string out, I just said to my self I would ask for new ones we came back to the hotel, so on my way up ask ask the guy at the front desk for towels I advised of the one in the room he got me some old dirty looking dingy towel I said these are too old, they went in to back and said that’s all they have for the night, a lady was there trying to assist came back told me she found some told me I was lucky because they had none last we and I was not the only person the complained about the towels, mind you these were worst than the first, I had to take them because alll the stores were closed where I could have bought any, went upstairs decided to take a bath how about the towels that was in the bathroom from original had either makeup stains or burnt stair but something brown on the towel, that cause me now to look at the ones I got from the lady downstairs, listen these towels had some either pubic hair or hair from off their head woven into the towels and I says towel because it was in two of them, now that’s just nasty. Other than that which was just my major issue I had no iron in my room only an iron board

the reception staff are rude and do not give you details. they also run unauthorized charges as well as they don’t explain why you’re being charged an extra $350 from what your booking online with expedia says. the hottub is broken and the pool staff were rude as well.

We had a good stay. Checking and out was easy. The valet parking service was effective.

Some one was banging on the door of another room on our floor loudly for about 30 minutes. Not good and the girl at the desk was very rude.
