There wasn't anything unique. The property and rooms were very clean and the rooms were updated, especially the bathrooms.

Ants in the rooms , our room had hundreds of ants and even when they went to move us rooms there we still found aunts . We were finally moved to a different part of the hotel where we found no ants. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel is positioned conveniently near stores, malls, gas stations, and restaurants. The parking lot has available parking. The area is very clean. Inside of the hotel is very clean and smells amazing. The rooms are always tidy and smells great as well. Soft beds, clean sheets and towels. I loved staying here.

I was disappointed with my stay at Courtyard. I have stayed there several times a year since 2015, even in 2020-2022 during Covid. This most recent time, my room wasn’t very clean (stained sheets/bedding, coffee spill/stain on the wall (which I cleaned), and the biggest shock - cockroaches! When I contacted the onsite staff they were unsympathetic and unapologetic. After several calls to reception, I decided to change rooms. I sent the manager Nicole an email and she replied and basically said, she’ll contact pest control, and that was it. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Property was conveniently located but wished it was mentioned that they are doing constructions outside the lobby
