This location is ideal close to shopping/dining. Yet it needs to be deep cleaned and upgraded. It's dingy, the couch in my room had a cigarette hold and tears. The wallpaper was peeling, the balcony needed to be washed it was too dirty to seat out there. The staff was kind.
