Staff was excellent. Rooms just need improvement. We had to call someone to come mop the floors the night we got there because my daughters feet turned black from walking around the room for 30 minutes. The bathroom floors were awful too with mold and mildew stains. Just a little updating and the place could be great again. The staff were all fantastic though

Sink upon entering room...has food in drain. No shower curtain...jets in hot tub..out of order .. elevator out of order...beds were thin mattress and uncomfortable... beach view was great..staff in lobby were great and housekeeping upon request were very prompt. Just wish they could do some painting and work on property .. great value though... love it that all rooms are oven front and are equipped with kitchen...and separate bedroom...I would stay there again because reasonable prices

Our stay wasn’t quite what we’d hoped, but it was really wonderful to have a place right on the beach for a decent price. Our kitchen was in pretty poor condition, but the rest of the space was relatively clean / in good shape. The tiki bar was out of food all week but the drinks & bar staff were great. The hot tub was down our whole stay and we didn’t have very pleasant experiences with the front desk staff, particularly in the evenings. After speaking with some other guests, it sounds like this experience is pretty typical.

Very outdated witch wasn’t the issue. The location was what we were looking for. However the cleanliness was an issue. Air conditioner did not work properly, maintenance did come look at it and said he would be back to switch out. Never did see him again, so we just dealt with no ac the rest of our stay. No batteries in tv remotes, no bedding for the pullout. Was a huge hassle to get anything take care of.

The room wasn't that great,, it felt like there was sand everywhere on the floor, it didnt look like the had swept it or moped it in a lomg time The bottom of my grandson feet were black. Staff were so nice. We could never get the tv in the rrom where the beds were to work. They wi-fi was slow, buffered alot. .
