"Nice quiet location very close to the beach. Even though it doesn’t have the modern look and amenities of the newer hotels in the area it was very comfortable stay and really good for a short stay."

"Overbooked and always had to wait for anything we needed. The card reader on our door battery stopped working and they couldn’t find any working walkie talkies to get someone from security to open the door for us. I needed to fill my insulin pump and we couldn’t even eat not access our room. No apologies or anything. The place was a zoo and was packed all time and there were huge lineups! We will not be returning to this hotel ever!"

"The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. Dirty floor and Bath tub (sand and hair everywhere. There was also a used cotton ball with foundation on it left on the night stand). For the price of the stay one would think the rooms/bathrooms would be updated and clean. The hotel was busy during our stay so we had to wait 5-10 mins for the elevator. Didn’t meet my expectations as far as it being a Westin Resort. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. "

"We have enjoyed the spacious room and even though it didn’t face the ocean, the view of the canal with docked yachts was pretty amazing too. The only negative was, our room was next to the elevator and it would make a dinking sound no matter what floor it stops on. By the end of the day you start wishing someone would silence it. Not sure if that was an option due to safety reasons. Other than that we have enjoyed it."

"Rooms are spacious offering breathtaking views with an oceanfront room. Rooms have a kitchenette stocked with water and coffee. Housekeeping daily. On premise restaurant, Wild Thyme, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many fine restaurants within walking distance. Beach is just across the street and water, towels and loungers are provided. There is a $45 a day resort fee charged daily."

"Everything was four seasons quality as far as facilities and location and food but the service could use some work. Beach staff closed the beach at noon due to internal miscommunication and we missed out on a beach day where other hotels on the strip had beach service. The hotel staff don’t know which restaurants are open for lunch or not which created confusion for us and we ended up just going across the street to eat at a hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned one day, the expectation is to come to a cleaned room automatically without having to request service. Just minor service mishaps but would stay again."

"Great location convenient to beach and restaurants. Lots of pools and nice outdoor space. Rooms are dated and need a refresh."
