"Very noisy room, dirty facilities , bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks, staff not supportive and accommodating, very expensive "

"The staff was lovely and so accommodating. We booked this particular hotel bc it was able to accommodate our family of 5. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor which was later found to be due to a plug in air freshener that was used to cover up another unpleasant smell (we suspected cigarette smoke). The pool and hot tub areas were very small with only about 20 lounge chairs for the entire hotel so unless you went there around 7:30am to save a spot, there was nowhere to go. Upon arrival we were told we had access to the beach however, they would only give us 2 chairs and 2 towels. If we wanted anything more, we “might” have to pay. We went to the beach to spend the day and asked if we needed to pay for additional chairs for our family of 5. The beach staff member, employed through Boucher, was rude and nasty, telling me “What do you think? Don’t you see how hard I’m working here?” He asked for $20 per additional seat and probably pocketed the cash. This was a huge turnoff. If it weren’t for the lovely staff, our stay would’ve been a total zero. We won’t be returning here in the future. "

"This hotel just looks & feels dirty. I kept all my stuff in the bag on the desk area in my room because everything else looked old & unclean. Windows stuck open so you could traffic, dirty carpet & box spring, etc. The sofa in my room was an old velvet couch they looked like it was someone's personal couch. Whoever took the pictures did a good job because they sure tricked me. While on the elevator another guest said as soon as he pulled up he called the place he booked with trying to get a refund lol. "
