I loved the location of the property. Being in from Broward county but live in Orlando - this location was ideal. A mile from the ruckus but beach access literally across the street. Publix about a 2 min drive and gas station basically next door. The staff were nice, the premium balcony king had a great view of the intercostal. I didn’t go to the pull but many guest were coming from.

Guest services staff were the best. I would personally like to thank Natasha, Jeff, Hector, and Kroger. They made my boyfriend’s 50th birthday truly memorable. Only complaint was housekeeping staff not coming when requested, but fresh towels were always available when needed.

Room was nice and big. Location was nice and peaceful with friendly staff, only a block from beach. The food at the restaurant was also good. I had a salmon Caesar salad that was really fresh and so was the breakfast. Looking to go back by summers end with my niece.

I had two bookings since I didn't realize I was coming in a day before my original stay. I stayed one night in a king room which was beautiful and met all my expectations including rhe blue tooth mirror in bathroom. Once I checked out the next day the staff kindly checked me in immediately which reduced a lot of stress and made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back as the location is close to the beach and quite walkable plus I was there during World Cup and it didn't feel as crowed.
