Everything was prestine at Galleria Doible Tree. From checking in, housekeeping, property, location to Publix’s, Starbucks, beach, and McSorley’s. Made for the best trip with three 16 year old boys. Great location, right on the waterway with water taxi stop right there. Short walk to the beach, shopping and amenities close by. Nice lobby area with coffee shop, restaurant, games for the family and bar. Valet parking and free storage of your luggage if needed. Outside space was beautifully landscaped- lots of lounge chairs, patio bar and tables to sit and watch the boats go by or the draw bridge! Pool was lovely too! Outdoor games as well. Rooms were large and spacious but well worn. The biggest negative was the cleanliness… dishes still had food on them, sheets were clean but stained, same with white towels- not clean. Windows, appliances wiped with dirty cloth leaving gross film on everything!!! Bare minimum utensils. But the layout was really nice- could be awesome if refreshed and kept to a higher standard of cleanliness! Shout out to Steve at the front desk- went out of his way to call us a taxi ride to the airport!
