Very poor knowledge of the deposit money on check out. Was already 500 km on the road when I got a phone call to come back and swipe my credit card so I can get my money back, after Busch of phone calls and a few discussions I think we got this resolved ( hope I get it back ). Had to give my credit card # over the phone and said I should get the refund back in 3 days. I stay there a numerous times before and usually get back the refund automatically I to my account. This never happened before. Other wise it was a pleasant stay

Room was great. cleanliness in the area was maintained well staff was polite and was very accomodating
