The place is good. Food and in house starbucks is a big plus. My only issue is our conditioner was empty when we got in. The tub takes forever to drain. I wasn’t able to complain because we were so busy and we only stayed 1 night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our early arrival. Our room was ready right away. The room was clean and spacious. I wasn’t aware we had to pay extra for parking so that was an inconvenient added cost. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

Party in a nearby room late into the night. Noise. Executive room privileges arent available on Saturday or sunday. Unable to call and reach a live person when trying to contact front desk.

The remote for the tv did not work well. Was very frustrating.

This property is just worn down. Even though it was graduation weekend at CSU, the price was just too much much considering the issues the property was experiencing. Too bad!

Only one elevator working and so there was a wait to get up to your room and down to the lobby
