Needed handicap, put us 2nd floor,ordered 2 rooms accessible, got them on opposite ends of floor,we are seniors, put up 150 deposit, was returned 57$, unknown why,had to leave day early,could not continue to carry the aunt upstairs because of no elevator. Very upsetting. Morning staff was very understanding, check in staff in evening could do nothing for us,

The room was dirty, lock was broken on the door to our room, a hole was punched on the bathroom door and was "fixed" with duckt tape the curten over the windo was about one sneeze away from falling off. The photos they use to advertize there rooms are incredibly misleading.

Its was a good stay but the room did smell like the mop head wasnt or hasnt been washed

This was AWFUL. We went to check in and the room smelled SO strongly of cat pee that we could not even go in it. We asked the person at the front desk for a different room, but they didnt have any. They refuse to give us a refund as its "not their policy". HORRIBLE.

The check in process was bad— they didn’t have us in the type of room we booked. They were very nice, but others in line were having similar issues.
