The food at breakfast was not my satisfaction. The counters were not kept clean The bed was way too high for an elderly and disabled person to get up. The front desk at night had no answers to help. My husband had to go to wal mart to buy a step stool at 8:00 pm No water in room to make coffee or tea Very disgusting chair in room. Big stain. I have a picture

There was stool on the shower head of the first room. The front desk moved me to another room and the fire alarm went off almost all night . Called down to the front desk and nothing was done about it until hours later and I had to report for class (I am a police officer) the next morning. I tried to watch TV on Monday night and no channels were available. I called the front desk and nothing was done during my stay. I did notice that the box on the back of the tv wasn’t connected and I connected it, but it still wouldn’t work.

The rooms had paint touch up that did not match. Looked incomplete. Staff was great.

We were traveling with 4 adults, 2 children and pets! Room had separate bedroom which worked out well for children! Breakfast had several options!

The carpet in room very dirty, my grandson’s knees were black after crawling around! Other than that met our expectations! Would stay again!

Spacious room, sofa bed was broken so couldn’t even sit on it. Needs more lighting. A/C so loud could barely sleep. Ceiling leak in breakfast area. Hazard. Breakfast adequate. All in all, my dog was quite comfortable.
