Checked in late due to travel and there was a large area of blood on the wall of the room. Since i was traveling with my grandchild who was exhausted, it was reported at 6am. Their only response was "I'll tell him". Not sure how this could have been missed and absolutely unacceptable.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, we were not provided enough towels and had to ask daily for them, we didn’t get proper housekeeping daily

Nice quiet hotel not far from the interstate. Area *looks* kind of sketchy but everyone was very friendly and I had no issues whatsoever.

For a quick overnight traveling alone, this hotel was sufficient.

The ADA shower handle was broken making it difficult to use the shower. This was reported to the staff and apparently they already knew about the issue but haven’t taken care of it. I knew finding the place was a little difficult because of the reviews I read. But google maps did get us there. Breakfast was very poor. Although the lobby was supposed to be open until 10 it was closed when we arrived. It was dark and I questioned if the place was even open. I did get inside and spoke to staff thru a little window. We did get a room for the night and it was ok.

This room was not cleaned properly. Dirt and dust everywhere. Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned. Had to spend time cleaning the room before I could be comfortable. This was my second stay- same issues. Also, the telephone and television in the room did not work at all. Manager showed no concern!!!!
