Apartment was dirty as it had not been cleaned. First impressions are what you have to review on. Did not get cleaned till after 5pm, not good enough if you are to run a successful business.

As explained and apologised for this was an oversight in paperwork and as can be seen by our many reviews our properties are very much appreciated, the issue was resolved for the guest and also a gesture was made to the guests which they did not acknowledge. The guest arrived early and aired five hours to raise this oversight.
