Definitely not a 4 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star hotel.

Poor experience
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsHotel is very nice and in a good area of town. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by a nice staff member who arranged a taxi for us. This was the only positive experience with the staff. Later, we inquired about dinner and the staff told us they were fully booked and suggested we try Uber eats instead of helping us to find a suitable option in town. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a drink, but were denied due to them being fully booked. Luckily, we found a dining option on our own. Later, the music continued shaking our room into the early hours of the morning. A terribly unpleasant experience at a hotel that otherwise seemed quite nice. A bit more customer service would have gone a long way. We will be writing to the management with a formal complaint.
