Parking was full on arrival and had to park on the street. The entire front of building is scaffolded for exterior repair. The building is very tired and needs higher level remodeling. Room cleanliness was questionable.

They cancelled on the day, said we would receive a refund the next day which hasn’t been received yet two days later and no response to my email I sent yesterday. We had to spend double on another hotel due to the late cancellation and no compensation for this has been offered. Yet I’m getting emails to review my stay that hasn’t even happened!

A bit noisy outside the front as it's right on the seafront walking pathways.

We were unable to make use of the hotel because of building works and lack of water when we arrived to book in. They said they'd tried to contact me, which was a blatant lie as I had no missed calls on my phone. They said I would be refunded today (Sunday). I will not consider this hotel again in the future.

Arrived at property, they had double booked my room, gave me the keys to a room someone was already in, then they put me in a room with no door lock, the toilet was disassembled, the window didn’t lock and there was scaffolding right upto the window so was completely Unsafe.

I would like a refund on this the rooms was filthy the tv never worked the shower never worked I had scaffolding outside my window when it was meant to be a double room sea view. The window never stayed open so had to put a chair on the window to hold the window open. walking to the room there was all building stuff in the hallways it stunk like mould. My room absolutely stunk of gloss and made me have a really bad headache. Never stay there again awful
