Good quality hotel for a reasonable price. Nice spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful personnel. Close to shops and close to city center. Town is close to other interesting locations.

Very quilkly but a good stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a short time to visit aroud and Spello Very good value for money.

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Change to a cleaning product that is not perfumed.
Location: Good central location for exploring the Umbria region.
A pleasant hotel to stay, centrally located for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean although the cleaning product used is a bit smelly. Good breakfast. Would stay there again

Pros: The staff. $5 bike rental for the day allowed us to go in and around the town.
Cons: Air conditioning low. They let us move to a new room where it was better.
Location: Excellent location. Cafeteria style eating steps away and a great restaurant steps away.
Nice room, great staff, excellent breakfast, great location, easy to find.
