There were no towels and property management didn’t seem concerned or cared that they had over 5 guest in the lobby requesting towels and no housekeepers on site

The photos online do not match the property or rooms. Our room smelled like moldy water, the floors were sticky and dirty, the TV was not hooked up, the shower door had peeling caulk and would not stay closed causing a huge puddle in the floor every time we showered, the shower was small and had moldy caulk, the closet door looked like a dog scratched it up, the pillows smelled like sweat, there was a broken fridge in the room, the curtains had stains on them from who-knows-what, the toilet was loose and felt like it might fall through the floor, and there were no towels in the room so I had to go ask for them, There was trash around the parking lot including used toiletry tubes and dirty diapers.
I dampened a washrag and wiped the floor to get rid of the stickiness. The washrag was black with filth; I used both sides of 3 washrags and they were all black from the floor. I then used Handiwipes that we bought and wiped the floor again, and they also were filthy when I was done. We bought Clorox wipes and wiped all surfaces and 2 air fresheners just to make it tolerable. I really want my money back, because I can’t believe I paid money to stay there.

It was a fairly nice place to stay but the floor was so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on to not have black feet. Breakfast was not great and it lack a lot of eating options for a continental breakfast. There was not a continuous presence at the front desk but it was quiet and the air condition was great. Doors did not shut very well but they would lock. Refrigerator did not keep items cold and hot water was very sparse.

Trees in middle of parking lot. Made it very hard to park and to leave. No towels for the next day. Was told I had to wait till housekeeping came in the next morning for fresh towels. Room was not cleaned for the next day. Will never stay there again.
