We had dirty towels in our room and the night desk person was extremely rude !

This was not the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. You could tell it had been smoked in at some point. Was very musty. We had 2 rooms. In the first, the sheets were dirty. Bed made but sheets were dirty. We had to go down to the front desk to get new sheets and then made our own bed. About 20 mins later, 2 unknown men came to our door and started knocking. They were not hotel employees. We were scared. We had to call for assistance. Assistance came immediately but the guys were gone. The lady at the front desk was very gracious and helpful!!! She put us in another room. We went in and alas, there were already people staying in that room. Went back to the front desk and got another room. Finally got settled in. The stay was average. Our other room was musty but okay. The lady at the front desk, again, was phenomenal and helpful but we won't be staying at this place again.

Done with Hampton. The beds are very uncomfortable!
Invest in some new, better quality mattresses already! Absolutely one of the most uncomfortable, back busting beds in the motel industry.
