What I didn’t like is your breakfast. No fresh fruits, the eggs were very cold each morning, and the muffins were not fresh. At 9:59 each morning the staff walked in and dismantled the breakfast table even when guests are in line trying to get breakfast. Very bad customer service there.

Always a great stay! Our car battery died on our second day and maintenance helped till we got it up and running! They are always happy to help and the bed is super comfortable

The hotel is old, and it's not a 5star if that's what you are looking for. But it was clean and comfy. We slept great in the bed and the pull-out couch. The room had a great layout to offer a little privacy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Definitely close enough to walk to the Universal City Walk/Studios/Islands of adventure, but the FREE shuttle was awesome. The shuttle comes back too early at 5pm, however Uber is only about $7 to the hotel so truly not bad. There are many really good dinning options close, and the outlet mall is only about a 10 min drive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located to all major attractions. The staff was very friendly.
