Good: Caring stuff, great location, excellent rooms.
Something not so good: The air conditioner was loud.

You stay here because you're visiting Universal Studios and want a value room, a very short distance to the park. The room was ok for the price we paid. The carpet always felt wet, but welcome to humid Florida. The continental breakfast was adequate and quick.
