Room location terrible, across from cleaning room. One of the lamps did not work. Toilet seat broken, curtain broken, asked to change rooms and nobody seemed to care, I tried to get new towels coincidently cleaning supervisor was right outside my door so when he asked the cleaning lady who was at the end of the hall - she screamed at him that my room was not hers. So supervisor got upset went to the cleaning room which was across from mine( which this is why was really noisy, plus was right at the entrance of the hall) and got the towels for me- then he went to talk to the cleaning lady. The only good thing location very close to parks.

Excellent property, with easy access to the parks via shuttle, or boat. Highly recommended. The pool is phenomenal and the service is awesome.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel! My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. They said they would let the front desk know. We got into our room it was fine. Later that night we went to sleep and i noticed the blanket smelled like spoiled milk. Disgusting to say the least! Again we over looked it and wanted to enjoy ourselfs. We slept in the other bed. Then we made reservations at Strong water for 4 Pm. We stood there untill 4:15 until they decided to open. No apologies what so ever!.However the food was good and the drinks were fine. We checked out on the 4th day. We get to our car and come to find out we have to pay for parking fees! This was never discussed at check in! I was in shock and said i would deal with this when i get home. I called the hotel and was transfered to accounting where the lady said they would send an email informing me what they would do. It took a week.. they said they would refund what we were supposed to be charged as a hotel guest. My husband was livid! So he emailed them informing that it was un ethical to charge someone fees when it was never discussed. The hotel agred to refund the whole amount of fees to my credit card. Its been 3 weeks and there is no refund! I am beyond upset! Absolutely awful! Will not stay there again
