Love this property! Room was clean with very comfy beds. Was able to keep it cool in 95 degree weather. Easily accessible to all parks so no need in driving. Beautiful place

Everything was excellent….our room, the staff (customer service), the area of the resort and the cleanliness of the resort. I would definitely recommend this resort😊

The perks about this hotel include excellent transportation options to Universal Studios (though it is easily walkable if you choose), very nice pool area, early access to the parks, and helpful staff. They have a text system set up where all you have to do is text if you need anything (ie more towels, late check-out request, etc). The only downfall is that the rooms are smaller than they appear and there is minimal privacy by the bathroom (the sliding door didn’t shut all the way). Overall, this is a great place for a family to stay for an Orlando vacation.

Sparkling clean rooms with everyday cleaning service, great location, especially if you are planning to have a fun at Universal studio. Water taxi is a big plus too.

We loved that the property was walkable to Universal on the garden path. The water taxi was also a nice option if we didn’t feel like walking.
