Dirty property and un helpful phone staff. Excrement on bed linen. Doors de laminating. Long black hairs in bathroom. Dirty carpet and sofa. Used ring pull on dirty balcony. Rip in chair. No plugs in sinks and bad smell from bathroom sink. It took 45 minutes on phone to get a "complimentary" clean and we were told we would have to pay for future cleans. Phone staff were rude and un caring. Insinuated they had to provide us with a room. Not a clean room. We were there for 4 weeks and had to buy cleaning materials. Worstroom we have ever had

This was my first time booking with Sonder and i can safely say I will book again in the future. The check in process was easy and very smooth. The room is exaclty as pictured online. The hallways smell very warm and clean. There were no noise issues and the facilities were well kept. The one thing I wish was available was a place for laundry. Outside of that, i thoroughly loved staying at Sonder at the Pointe Orlando.
