I was here for a conference and this was a great place for an overnight stay. I didn't go in, but could see there was a lovely outdoor pool and pool deck.

I generally always choose to stay here when I go to universal and Disney. It’s conveniently located, safe, with friendly staff. The only complaint I can ever muster up is EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here I get a sinus infection/cold or something similar. I think that’s due to the ac units I don’t know if they change the filters or something like that. The staff is friendly, and I will be back but I do hope they fix the ac or what ever issue it is.

The hotel was okay. Nice staff. Breakfast was also just okay. The shuttle to universal studios was nice and easy to use.

Our room smelled I purchased a can of air freshener but it didn’t help much. There were hardly any good restaurants in the area or shopping. The washing machine wasn’t working and we were there for two days and our room was never cleaned.
