Beautiful property beside Lake Petén Itzá with comfortable, air conditioned, rooms, and great, friendly, service. Owner, David, has many years of experience in the tourism business in this region, and he's a deep well of stories. His large Ceiba tree, the centerpiece of his property, is a tribute to Mayan tradition, and he manages his grounds to attract a nice variety of birds.

We enjoyed the lakeside location and the helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean and the meals we had were all very good.

Lovely property. Amazing garden. The room was clean and nice but the area is what shinned. You will feel like you are in a luxery resort not a roadside hotel.

Gorgeous garden and terrace. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Perfect location for day trips to different maya ruins in the area.

Comederos muy ingeniosos para aves lo cual te permite ver las diferentes y coloridas aves del lugar ,habitaciones muy sencillas pero con lo indispensable para dormir ahi

Hermoso jardin, personal inmejorable, camaa comodas.
Si hay que aguantar la griteria de unas iglesias evangelicas entre 19 y 21hs.
Baño necesita mejoras: pérdida de agua y imposible regular bien la temperatura de la ducha
