Staying here, you are literally in a Jungle. If you do not like the nature, it's noises and surprises, this resort is not for you.
If you are okay with Howler Monkeys waking you up in the middle of the night, a few spiders or Geckos on your ceiling then you will be alright.
This resort is absolutely gorgeous.
Restaurant food was decent, smoothies were excellent.
Only thing I disliked was the cost to taxi to Flores and back every time. 150 GTC each way, some taxi will try charge you 250 GTC. The resort offers a shuttle but that is 30USD for 2 people.
Find a genuine driver. Don't bother with the ones at airport.
Renting a car is worth it.
Late checkout is 6pm ✅

Beautiful Hotel
Posted 22 Jan 2024 on HotelsBeautiful hotel with a resort feel and especially nice for the price. Room was comfortable, grounds well kept, staff friendly, and food at the restaurant was good. They have some great places to relax with a book or watch a sunset, and this would be a good place to take a day trip to Tikal. Guests have the option of air conditioning or enjoying the open air. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back or try out some of the other affiliated properties.

Loved staying here. Restaurant is delicious and it was fun to see the monkeys, deer, and crocodiles.
