The room was clean and comfortable, but very spare. Shower had hot.water but a door that didn’t quite close so water leaked out onto the floor.
The breakfast bar food was collected was missing a waffle maker.
Overall the stay was fine for a quick overnight but not more.

Tru Hilton is close to the highway, dining & shops.

I was awakened at midnight with a phone call from the desk, asking for my name. What the hell! Next day, I went to the desk for an explanation. I was told that I had been given the wrong room! When I tried to call the manager, I was not able to even leave a message….mailbox full. I would never stay at TRU AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately the room was so filthy. We checked in and left about 4 hours later. I did not want my dog on the floor, the bathroom was so gross and under the mattress was so dirty. There were multiple hairs in the bed. I wonder if it was really cleaned 😬

There was no coffee when we came down for breakfast which started at 7! I think that is too late especially when we wanted to get on the road to drive home. Other hotels around breakfast started at 6. There was empty beer boxes. The room was clean!

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not as you had hoped. Unfortunately, our coffee machine went completely down that morning, and we had to call someone in to fix it. We did finally get it up and running shortly there after.
