We stayed at the Frame Hotel May 13 to 20, 2024. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The check-in experience was friendly and informative. Our room was beautifully appointed. The bathroom had a spacious shower with all of the amenities. Breakfast plentiful, fresh and friendly service. The hotel was immaculate and quiet. Staff provided excellent recommendations for dinners and activities. We loved it!

It was a nice hotel in a beautiful area but the rooms are small and we had a not so clean bathroom - The staff took care of it immediately

Walkable to all shopping and grand square. Looked very new. Clean. Great location.

Great location. Walking distance from most of the top attractions of Florence. In 10 minutes or less, you can walk to the Duomo, the train station, the Mercato Centrale, or the Piazza della Repubblica. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Piazza della Signoria, Galleria degli Uffizi, or the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were friendly and attentive. We liked Daniel at the front desk. We stayed at the Gioconda suite, 269 sq ft, but it was split level, so the space taken up by the steps reduced the effective area of the room. Bottom line, it felt really cramped. But it's a fair trade off for the convenience of being in the center of the city.
