Quiet and clean but the bed was very uncomfortable

Our room smelled like urine, walls are dirty, all the counter space was dusty, vents innthe A/C unit were full of dust balls in each row. We had to clean the room with Lysol wipes and there were wax drips on every shelve. We had to also get a scented candle to deal with smell of urine. We jept looking and found the side of the bed sheets stained with yellow stains, (urine)? So we decided to early checkout and the manager on site (Andy) was not allowing us to do early checkout u til Expedia can sent an email with a guarantee of their finders fee of $80.00 that they pay Expedia for the reservation through their app. We were hold in the loby for approximately 3 hours over this fee of $80.00 commission that he desperately need it back. After some back and forth and even calling Wyndham Resorts to do a report, we were release but had to call every hour to ensure our refund. Do Not sray here.

Disappointed in the breakfast options

I normally don't complain about anything. In one of the rooms was roaches in the bathroom. In the other room we had to clean the tub before taking a shower. I really didn't enjoy this hotel. I also have videos of the roaches crawling around the bathroom at 3am.

Breakfast selecbelow average. No cooking spray for waffle maker.
1 night staff man, unfriendly and uncooperative. Cleaning staff exceptional. Creepy crawlers found in 2 of 6 rooms
