Amazing experience! Laura is a wonderful hostess and we genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. Elevator for getting your bags up, large clean room, lovely breakfast. Steps from the Duomo.

Laura was amazing. We were able to check in early as the rooms were available already. My wife received a free bottle of wine for her birthday. Laura noticed this upon check in. Also we had the chance to have an early breakfast as our daytrip to Pisa started early. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel! It was close to everything- Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, top notch restaurants, shopping, doable with walk to the train station as well. It was also a big plus that though the hotel is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator.

Amazing location, room was exactly as described, breakfast was delicious and they provided lots of GF options, but the best were the staff. All so helpful and friendly.

Excellent location for transport links and sightseeing around Florence as very central. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic with guidance on the city sights and travelling to Pisa etc, also very helpful with issues in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break to Florence.
