This place was not quite at the level as presented. While the staff was cordial, we experienced better service at both cheaper and more expensive hotels. Some requests to reception took multiple requests before they would be addressed. We ordered lunch from room service, the food was horrible.

Excellent place to enjoy Firenze without having to endure the crowds. Nicely situated on the Arno, complete with a fantastic restaurant and helpful and friendly staff. This is my second time to the Villa and I would return. Take one of the bikes available and explore Firenze.

This hotel is quaint and has a lot of character. The room was so clean and very cute. Our windows opened facing the river.

Loved the location and service from each individual my husband and I encountered. Walking distance to the plazza de la republica where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s approximately a half hour walk but so worth it. Bring your comfy shoes! Food was amazing in the hotel restaurant loved the breakfast buffet worth the $25 euros for it! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a great stay and we hope to visit real soon!

Lovely hotel right on the river Arno. 1.5 mile walk to town but hotel has a great shuttle service and the bus stop is also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Spa area was really nice, used it three times during our stay, one hour included per day, pool with jets, sauna and steam room. Had it to ourselves each time as we were there in low season. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

This is a nice hotel but overpriced and all about money. The breakfast is 25 euros per person and we had barely started eating the buffet before the waiter started trying to collect money. We ate lunch here and it was very overpriced for basic food (35 euros for a glass of red wine!!!). The controls on the hot water in the shower were broken. Otherwise it’s a nice setting.

Regarding restaurant prices, there could have been a misunderstanding because a glass of red wine is 7,00. First dish is around 16,00, therefore for 2 people with 2 first courses, 2 glasses of red wine and a bottle of water is 51,00 in total.Regarding the controls on the hot water, we are sorry about it, and we apologize for this inconvenience. It’s a great place to stay with a great view of the river. The restaurant offers excellent food with an up dated feel with a very nice bar area
