We loved our stay in Hotel Kraft. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was spotlessly clean, and the roof top restaurant and pool were an added bonus. Walkable from the station and to the centre of Florence. Grazie mille Hotel Kraft!

The pool is amazing, the rooftop bar was great for breakfast. The staff were so helpful and nice. We loved the gym and the sauna they had.

Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, great quiet location within easy walking distance to many historic sites. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing g view and a fabulous menu!

Beautiful property, modern facilities, great roof top bar and restaurant - along with Pool. Staff were always attentive to our needs, spoke amazing English and were very patient at our attempts of Italian, they assisted with multiple bookings and had good recommendations. Completely safe area and most of Venice was walkable within 20-30 minutes.

We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away. We would highly recommend!
