Property and location being close to train station was a bonus , little noisy at night but was not the worst

Great location, you can walk to all main attractions. It is next door to the train station so there is noise til late and restarts early in the mornings. The rooms are not sound proof as advertised. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was fantastic, credit to the maids. Would stay again as comfortable, clean and great location.

Great quiet hotel near train station
Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsLovely hotel within 3 minutes walk from both Florence SMN train station and the bus station, as well as the T2 tram for the airport.
Check in was quick and friendly, the rooms spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet a good way to start the day.
Would happily stay there again.

Okay for 1 day short stay. Would not recommend long stay.
The rooms were smelling bad
Flies in dining room
There was a smell near water machine when I went to refill my bottle. The smell made me feel lack of hygene.

Close to station but means that the room was quite noisy. Kitchenette far too small to cook in. Staff on the desk weren’t super helpful. Breakfast was included and was the best part of the stay.

Convenient with a decent breakfast and good facilities. Not a luxury stay but comfortable and met our needs! The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
