Great service from wonderful staff. Convenient to everything we wanted to see but especially convenient to the train station. Highly recommend!!

Hotel itself was nice, old building but kept up very nicely. The street the hotel is on was not the nicest, a lot of trash and people hanging out - but to be fair many streets in Florence are like that
