An excellent place to stay for a few days in Florence.
I was in town for 24 hours, and this was the perfect location for exploring. Friendly staff, super-clean spotless room... everything you need and nothing you don't.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was great and there was so much food available. The rooms were neat and clean and the location is central. Would stay again.

The economy rooms are tiny. The smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Aircon did not work properly. Kids next door had problems with toilet. Beds are tiny but quite comfortable. Breakfasts are good. Area quite central.

Terrible hotel and terrible staff. Internet did not work, and when it did it was at under 1MBPS in my room. Shower didn’t work, would randomly turn off and then back on every like 20 seconds. Staff did not care, said write an email to them and they will pass it along to management. Management wrote back sorry but hope you come back to stay with us again.
I’d recommend that everyone avoid, and if you are forced to stay here make sure you don’t get room 301.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and it deeply concerns us to hear that we fell short in providing a satisfactory stay. If I recognize the technical problems, however, I do not agree with your evaluation of the STAFF, which as reported in all previous reviews is always ready and waiting to satisfy the requests of our guests and when possible to solve immediately the problems that arise. In this case, they could not solve the problems with the WIFI or the water pressure and of course they immediately informed the technicians for a prompt intervention. Unfortunately sometimes it is not possible to find an immediate solution, but believe us, we have done everything we can to find it.Best regards!

Desk staff Aurora and Joseph were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We came in early on Sunday and Aurora helped us get to mass on time. Joseph steered us well to dinner in the evening.
