Person in charge was especially helpful. Location is excellent for anyone who enjoys walking. I would definitely return to this property next time I am in Florence.

Comfortable with a good sized usable bathroom with hot water in shower. Comfortable bed.
They were very reluctant to let us check out at 1045 instead of 1000.

Hostess communicated very well and helpful, we enjoyed being a little further from the main business of central tourism area but still accessible if you don’t mind a good walk

Really cute place that’s in a quiet neighborhood. They brought us breakfast every day and held our luggage for us on the day of checkout.

Claudia was a great host! I loved how this was out of the hustle and bustle. Everything was easy to walk to.

Drom Florence is such a special place! Truly feels like a Tuscan oasis within this beautiful city.
Claudia and Antonio are lovely hosts and ensure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. Claudia is also easy to contact via WhatsApp, which we appreciated.
Our room was decorated beautifully and so spacious! The breakfast each morning was laid out with such care, wonderful way to start each day. Even on the mornings we had an early start, she would take time to lay out some croissants for us the night before. Really thoughtful!
The property itself is safe, very secure, and super easy to walk anywhere in Florence.
We would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!!

The room was clean and cosy with plenty of storage and good facilities.
Location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy centre to be much quieter but easily walkable to the tourist spots. Drom is right on the doorstep of trendy Oltrarno, which was our favourite area to eat and drink as has a much more chilled out vibe than the main tourist areas.
Claudia is a great host. We had a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived to check in. She even offered an additional towel / sheet change to suit the length of our stay.
We tried some of Claudia's restaurant recommendations which were excellent.
We would definitely stay here again
