Absolutely loved our stay in Corte Guelfa. The location is perfect for exploring the city of Florence. The property is well kept, clean, with beautiful old walls and courtyards. Stuff was extremely kind and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We would recommend and stay again when in Beautiful Florence.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great and included. Kira was a wonderful and outgoing breakfast host, she got to know us, as soon as she saw us she would make the Cappuccino for me. Room was clean and bottled water left everyday for us. Very close walking distance to a great food court and market that we visited daily. Highly recommend staying here. Just be aware of your surroundings, I stopped a pickpocket from getting in my husbands backpack in the late afternoon. Even though nothing of importance was in there…just water bottles and a scarf it was still unnerving . But they are everywhere.

All the staff were amazing, Rooms were very clean. Location was close to train station, museums, a great Carousel , a huge, and excellent food court. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! In room refrigerators had complimentary snacks, water, coke and coffee. Along with fresh fruit, cookies and croissants in the lobby. Great for a little pick me up during the day or snacks for your kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

Posted 7 Nov 2023 on HotelsFabulous stay at this property. Well located, beautifully, clean, modern. Excellent staff. Front desk (Emma Noella) was lovely/kind/considerate, as was the woman who beautifully crafted each morning's breakfast.
