Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged.
Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4 stars hotel. There is no one to take your luggage to your room. Elevators are the smallest Ive seen, they literally only fit 2 people, or 1 person and its luggage.

Regrettably, part of the descriptions was from the previous hotel and were imported to our new page.This was immediately corrected by our revenue team and your comments are highly appreciated as they helped us correcting this aspect immediately. As a historical hotel with a building coming from the 19th century (1894), the Anglo American was the first hotel in the city of Florence. During the recent restructuring, the structure and many elements were left as per original plan. The elevator is one of these elements. For this reason, you may find them too small but they are part of the history of this building. However, allow me to clarify that there are two other elevators which are larger than the one you are describing.Sorry to hear about the luggage service and I assume this was a misunderstanding as this service is available 24/24. The Hotel is well located but the building itself is old and in poorly conditions... my room was spacious but the decoration is ald fashion... the breakfast menu very limited

very poor and dated facilty. will never stay there again. i travel ti florence 4 times a year always stay at nh firenze ,

Nothing was unique. Just the the opposite
This Hotel is run down and poorly maintained
Not clean.

Property was very nice. However, the wall paper was peeling on certain areas on the wall. Breakfast setting was very nice. Room was spacious.

I loved the large sized room. The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. Clean and centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel.
