The lady that checked us in was super friendly and sweet! Our rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We met 3 front desks in our check-in and they are all nice. They had great customer service. But, our room is unpleasant smell and they have dirty sheets. They even have dirt on the curtain. The housekeeping did not clean our room thoroughly. Sadly, even though the front desk did their best but housekeepers didn’t.

Rooms not very clean but the lady at the front desk was so kind, friendly and helpful

Everything, starting from checking in to day of departure. Staff was polite, clean rooms breakfast every morning. Was not expecting to be excellent, but very surprised. Now only thing was that it was still cold and no pool 😂😂😂. Thanks enjoyed my stay Will definitely stay here on my next trip to the Carolina’s.

I have been on a 13 week assignment and stayed here for the past 7 weeks it has been good service and room quiet and comfortable.

The room was supposedly “nonsmoking”, but upon entering it had clearly been smoked in. The room next to us was clearly housing people and they also were smoking while leaving the door to their room open. At 2am there was music, loud conversation and the smell of pot and smoke increased. The bathroom had soap scum on the shower. The room was hot, though the air conditioning was on high and temperature as low as possible. We will NEVER stay at a Choice run hotel again, regardless of the price.
