Do not believe the pictures they show. Rooms and interior look like they are from the 80s. Even though it said non smoking I'm sure at some point it was a smoked in room. You could smell the dankness. Pool wasn't even open. A pile of old chairs were sitting outside the building. Our door cards had to be reprogrammed twice. For Best Western @ $175 a night, a complete joke. If you're in Flagstaff, go somewhere else!

We offer them replaced ones for free to the community before we discard the rest. Also, where did you hear the pool was closed? It is open every day from 8 am to 10 pm. Under a thick layer of room air freshener the room had a slight smell of funk, I’m assuming an animal had gotten sick in there. The refrigerator didn’t work and we lost the food we had put in there. The one elevator as far as possible from our room was very inconvenient. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. I like the convenience of the location. The stairwells were nice and wide.
