This place was paradise! This was my first time to one of these QC resort properties but now my husband and I will incorporate a stay in one of their locations each time we travel over to Europe. Great for couples and for wellness and peace. Not sure I would bring the kids or grandkids, as is more adult oriented.

The grounds of Termeroma are tranquil, relaxing, and beautiful. The landscaping is captivating, especially for anyone interested in trees and plants. We booked the resort for it's proximity to FCO, the fact that it was a spa, and the ability to easily visit Ostia Antica, Ancient Rome. Unfortunately our time did not permit the visit to the ruins, their was too much to enjoy at Termeroma. The staff was helpful, and welcoming. Especially Barbara at reception, the bellman Franchesco, and our waiter at the morning breakfast. The breakfast on Monday was exceptional, from the extensive choices, to the quality. We felt the same way about the lunch buffet, although on a Sunday it was crowded with day users of the spa. The spa can be crowded on the weekend, but there are so many different areas and pools that we were able to find plenty of space to ourselves. It did quiet down later in the evening. Be prepared for a crowd at the evening Aperitif. Our room with a terrace, including the bed, bathroom, and amenities, were all a wonderful, relaxing experience. If you are connecting in Rome for a night, and want to be close to FCO, this is an over the top experience.

Incredible property in terms of amenities and the buildings etc. the spa is huge and the massages very good. The hotel should make it clearer to book in advance and the spa voucher really is just access to the spa not any treatments. Perhaps a language barrier because it wasn't made super clear what you can or cannot do. Overall amazing to have a spa within 10 minutes of the airport. I would recommend a taxi to the airport compared to the shuttle. Taxi is €24 compared to €14 and you get a bmw/Mercedes at the exact time you want with no wait. The wait for the shuttle when you arrive at the airport is a bit hit and miss. Way shorter than the taxi line but it's not obvious what to do. Be better if you could just give the hotel your flight number and the shuttle arrives 15 mins after it arrives or a timetable

Relaxing area, however you are subject to the fees and rules. They have restaurants but expensive. The happy hour you have to wear a robe. There are no bathrooms close to the pool and hot tube so I had a hard time enjoying them since I didn't see people getting out. The massage was good, loved the indoor spa area. The staff was good.

The property it self is beautiful and staff is nice. Was our last night in Italy and spa sounded good but we were wrong everything was crowded with people not even staying at the hotel so couldn’t get into any of the pools. O would avoid this place not worth the money
