I booked and paid for three nights through Expedia. We were runnung a day late on the Camino so I emailed and called to tell them I would not be there the first night but would be there the next two. I did not want a refund, I just wanted them to know not to expect me that first night. When I arrived the next day, they said they had NO reservation for me and I would have to pay so I did. He acted like I was trying to rip him off. He also charged me more than you did for my bed. He was furious with me when he got the message from you that I had rated check-in poorly. He said I was trying to ruin him and his business. It was a very bad experience.

Diego und seine Familie sind einfach wunderbar, ich bin das zweite mal hier gewesen, es fehlte an nichts. Mir wurde wegen einem Fleck sogar das Bettlaken gewechselt und das Handtuch immer gefaltet auf das Kopfkissen gelegt. Der Herd war kaputt, hab ich persönlich aber eh nicht gebraucht. Die Schlafkabinen sind ein Highlight. Lage ist super zentral.
