You have to take your trash out yourself. You have to take the towels and washcloths to the office to get fresh ones, but nobody is ever in the office. You can call a number and they will come to the office, but they are never there. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean, but I consider trash and towels to be part of the hotel service.

The Valley Extended Suites is a clean, modern hotel that provides good value. Whether for a few days or just overnight, it has what is needed for an enjoyable stay. The only issue we had was with the thermostat on the HVAC system. While the system worked adequately, we had to turn the desired temperature way down (62 degrees) before the room was comfortable enough to sleep. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but when we set it at the temp we wanted (68/69 degrees), the room was still stuffy and too warm.
We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Clean, nice environment
