Bathroom light randomly went off and on. Bathroom commode was very short (just over 1 ft tall) like sitting on floor.

There was bugs everywhere. While cleaning up I found 3 crickets, multiple spiders, and a dead frog. Not only the bugs but the floors were so wet and everything was falling apart. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall when I set the towel back on the rack. The drawers didn’t have a bottom to them, the bottom of the drawer was actually set next to the night stand so they were aware of the problem and decided not to do anything. It was a great location and a great price for a hotel but not this hotel. I woke up itchy and with bug bites and the door didn’t even close all the way. Which is the reason for the bugs I’m assuming! Huge ant problem as well. There were ants all over the bathroom sink when I got there and they multiplied as I stayed. Genuinely a very deserving 1/10 rating.

Room smelled musty. The toilet was the lowest I have ever seen.

I paid for and reserved a room with a king size bed online on Expedia. When I got to the hotel, all they had available for me was a Single room with a single full size bed. I traveled there with my fiancé and I had to sleep on the floor because both of us wouldn’t fit in the bed. We left the room That we already paid for on the second night and went to a different hotel that we had to pay for also Because my back hurt so bad. They refused to give me a refund or compensate me in anyway for their mistake.

Room and bathroom very small. Room was damp. Fixtures broken. Very dated and in much need of TLC.

Pros-the exterior of the motel rooms and the staff I checked in with.
Cons-the room needed some work and was not very clean. I believe that they need to outsource a cleaning agency or reevaluate who they have cleaning the rooms.
