非常に小さなホテルだが前庭や庭の草木のメンテナンスよく、また、オーナー夫妻のホスピタリティ精神がサービスに良くあらわている。朝食も美味しく、手製のヨーグルトは毎日いただいた。世界遺産フィジャック市街地や美味しいレストランには徒歩1-2分と至便。居心地のいいホテルだった。

Nice hotel in the old part of the city facing a small place with parking. Everything you want to see in town is within a few blocks. Staff (husband & wife) are accommodating. Room are good sized and equipped. Breakfast is a bargain.

Overnight stay in Figeac
Posted 11 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe bedroom was quite basic and dark, but the bathroom was fine and the bed was comfortable. There seemed to be too many instructions, such as why you shouldn’t open the windows or shutters, to suit what the proprietor wanted rather than what the guests wanted. Breakfast was a little expensive at €13 each, but was good quality and well presented with care taken to maintain COVID protocols. We managed to get a free parking spot outside the hotel but private parking was also available. The hotel does not offer evening meals, which made it a little awkward on a rainy night in Figeac.

You can read below the reasons why we ask not to open windows and shutters.
"Summer has (finally...) arrived and so has the heat. In our region, air conditioning is not necessary, except in case of prolonged heat wave (the last one dates back to August 2003). The thick walls, the wooden shutters and some simple measures are enough to preserve the freshness in the house and the rooms:
• keep your shutters and windows closed during the day
• open everything as soon as temperatures drop, usually after sunset; leave the windows open until the early morning if possible
• turn on the fans to create a draft when it does not occur naturally.
With these simple techniques, temperatures should remain between 20 and 23-24 ° C. Also, we will avoid energy consumption and the mixing of bacteria that accompany the use of air conditioning systems."

Charming hotel in Figeac.
Posted 7 Sep 2021 on HotelsVery pleased with Hotel Quatorze. It was a charming hotel with natural linen bedding and very eco-friendly policies. The owners were very helpful during our 3 day stay. Figeac is a very beautiful town and this hotel is in a quiet square and the hotel building and gardens are really very charming. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay very well located in the heart of the medieval town of Figeac. We felt like home there with the warm welcome from the owners. Definitely récolent this family style hotel
