Great place for a romantic getaway.

Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option).

Service at the restaurant during dinner is far to slow and disordered.

Nice Hotel but reception needs courtesy improvemen

I am a regular guest of this hotel since 2013 and I unfortunately always encountered problems with my bookings when I booked this Hotel through Hotels.com. During my last visit I had chosen dog friendly but the Hotel was not informed about it, so we had to accept a more expensive room with a huge cleaning fee in order to have a room at last while waiting at the reception for more almost one hours until matters were solved. The restaurant and breakfast quality and services are unchanged, great ! The location is great and tranquil while just a few kilometers from the free way exit in a very small village. Facilities as pool and sauna are top and 4 Plus level. The only permanent service deficiency lies with the reception and their staff. For the last 3 visits I am sorry to write this here but they lack the right courtesy on phone and in person and they lack flexibility in all aspects of replanning or scheduling. I was told to book with them directly instead of going through any platform to avoid future problems which I will do to find out if it works smoother next time.

Amazing hotel - A must stay

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and it is very helpful that most speak English. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in the area and I always check if they have available rooms before anyone else.
