Karşılamadan başlayarak tüm personelin kibarlığı ilgisi ve güleryüzü bize kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi.Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu .Spa çalışanlarından Duru hanımdan aldığımız masaj hizmeti çok başarılıydı,Bize 3 gün boyunca bu keyifli tatili yaşatan tüm personele sonsuz teşekkürler , tekrar tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz var artık Göcek ‘te

Good food ok service.
Posted 26 Aug 2023 on HotelsBüşra on guest relations was excellent and kept in touch with us on what's app regularly. The spa organisation leaves much to the imagination! We made an appointment which didn't exist and could not be rearranged which was annoying since I had reserved it a month ago before even arriving at the hotel.
In short, the food was good, the service was not the best. Not like other Rixos where I've stayed.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Rixoa premium Gocek. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Four nights at the Rixos
Posted 27 Sep 2022 on HotelsHaving stayed in the Rixos back in 2018 we were very impressed on our latest trip and would consider staying there again. Staff across all parts of the resort were very friendly and efficient. The quality of food was very good with a wide range of dishes. Particularly impressed by Azur lunches.The secret beach was kept immaculately clean as were all the publi sreas and toilets across the estate. Grounds were kept clean and tidy. Very sorry to leave.
