The building was a combination of a couple of buildings. They never used the AC. Made getting around from room to other areas difficult.

This was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. They put us in 3 rooms the first day. Room 1 had no curtains, room 2 had a broken tv, a wire hanging where the fire alarm should be and ants, finally ok room with curtains falling off the windows. The whole hotel was dirty with furniture falling apart, road noise, and no security. The staff were lovely and did their best to help. Don't stay here.

I didnt appreciate that I wasn't informed about the pool being closed for maintenence. Our TV had one channel, the toilet only flushed about 1/2 the time. We did enjoy the air conditioning and the vanity and shower. Breakfast was meh. Honestly I am probably not going to be staying at a quality inn ever again if I can help it.

On top of the place being older it was unclean, elevator was shotty, loud banging from the elevator all night, and staff was not friendly! To make things worse, in the middle of the night they rebooked my room to someone else and they walked in my room while I was sleeping and woke me up! Startled I yelled and they apologized. I called the front desk and the clerk acted like it was my fault I was in the room she double booked!

i liked the bad and the room had heat. Toilet did not flush. Lack of waterflow in sink. Breakfast buffet was a joke.

I canceled my appointment yesterday I got told I was going to get my money back. They scheduled me for two different days. Both of them got canceled so they said but I still haven’t got my money back that’s $250 for two nights I haven’t even got to use that I got told was canceled. I talked to the manager and all he did was hang up the phone on me and didn’t pick up when I kept trying to call.

Not as advertised

The pool isn't heated and is freezing. There isn't any open bar and night life for years at the hotel definitely not as advertised .but if you need a room, it is equivalent to any of the *3 hotels room
