Terrible hotel, don’t even think to go there . We spent whole night without electricity using candles . No receiptionist st night and no one to communicate with . We have to call the police to get involved and resolve this the power cut as it was too dark and impossible to stay in your roof for health and safety reason .

The staff were super friendly and were at hand 24/7 whenever we needed any assistance. The hotel is clean and the room and bathroom were well kept. Good for a short stay while enjoying the moulay yacoub thermal pools.

If you're looking for the rits carlton than you'll be disappointed, but the hotel and staff are exceptional. The physical makeup needs some TLC but the rooms, beds, and towels were fresh, and they serve cold beer to you pool side in an absolutely beautiful location.

This hotel is in need of a makeover badly it can be a nice place as is now it's very poor no WiFi no hot water but staff are friendly

Remote control for tv and heater is missing When I checked in there was hair in bathroom tub Water was cold and they did nothing about it Old torn towels

Broken TV and broken shower head

I asked for a remote control, they brought one in knowing that the TV was broken. When I asked to replace it or fix it I was told that by tomorrow the issue will be fixed. Shower head was broken and it was not fixed either. The staff is very friendly.
