MOUSE TRAP

horrible, horrible, horrible. mouse trap. paid for hotel 1 month before and when I was arriving there they said I had no reservation, even though it was fully paid. I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. I had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels. waisted fun time with moving and hotel change. spend on extra car rental, more expensive places, moving rooms and hotels. how unpleasant it was! got reimbursed for what I had paid 1 month ago, even though my costs were extremely higher. reimbursement did not cover all extra expenses, stress, waisted time. mouse trap, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Drar Sir, Frist of all, we apologize for overbboking of the first night. It was a pity that you wrote Mouse Trap" because we did our best to help you. You wrote Sir that "When i was arriving there they said that i had no reservation". so when you sir called us, we did not said to you that you did not have reservation but we said to you that the first night is overbooked and second and third night, the room will be availble at 7AM and we offered you to reserve for you the 1st night in another hotel which is only 14 meters away from our hotel and it is very good hotel with the same quality and price but you told me you like to reserve hotel by yourself and rejected my help. I do not know why you wrote also that "you went to 3 hotels Before you could get a Place to stay and that you had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels and that you waisted fun time with moving and hotel change". I really do not know why you wrote that because Sir when i called you again to make sure that you reserved a hotel for the first night before you arrived to the city, you answered me that you already reserved 3 nights at the same hotel and you can not come to our hotel for the second and third night and of course you told me this Before you arrived to the city so how you said that you keep moving from one hotel to Another and waisting your time and that you reserved 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels since you did reservation at the same hotel Before arriving to the city. I Think there is a big contradiction between what you said to me in our mobile conversation and what you wrote here in Review. And do not forget Sir that i told you in our mobile conversation since you reserved all 3 nights in one hotel, i will refund you all your Money aven the hotel will lose income of 2 nights because you reserved all 3 nights in one hotel. im really sitll wondering and shocked why you lie in your Review about us but i hope if you were honest in your Review because honesty is priceless. Pros: In Dar Ikram, I liked the hospitality, the location , the cleanliness and the comfort.
Cons: Every thing is excellent.
Location: Vert good location, very central .
I stayed in Dar Ikram in the 1st week of June 2018, I liked every thing in this Dar, Mr Khalid the manager and his mother were amazing , they are very thorough, helpful and have very nice personality. They try always to offer every thing they can to make their customer happy and comfortable. Mr Khalid's mother was very generous and great lady. who serves the food and care of her guests. she works really very hard. It was excellent stay.

Beautiful riad near blue gate in Fes medina

Place is basic (like all riads) but very clean with lovely staff and great owner who gave us a map and explained what to see. Location is perfect, in medina close to blue gate. Would choose again for sure.
